💼 Career Opportunities
Owner Operators in the Southeast regional dry van market have strong earning potential when they stay productive in familiar lanes. Tampa serves as a major logistics hub with steady freight moving to Orlando, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and other key Southeast markets. Running consistent regional work allows experienced O/Os to build strong knowledge of I-75, I-4, and I-95 corridors while maintaining better home time than OTR positions. This experience with general dry van freight and multi-stop operations is highly transferable across the industry. Efficient operators who manage fuel, maintenance, and utilization well can achieve reliable net weekly income in this competitive but steady market. Regional dry van experience also positions drivers well for future opportunities with other carriers or dedicated accounts in consumer goods and retail distribution. The ability to handle variable broker and contract freight while maintaining on-time performance is valued throughout the Southeast trucking industry.
