- Start each morning at the Tampa terminal, load assigned 28-foot pup trailers or 53-foot dry vans, and run multi-stop city P&D routes across the Tampa Bay metro area
- Handle 15–35 stops per day with live loading/unloading at customer docks or curbside in Tampa, Brandon, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and nearby suburbs
- Perform pickup and delivery of LTL shipments, maneuver in tight dock areas, and use pallet jacks or available forklifts
- Complete electronic scanning, paperwork, and sorting/handling at the terminal at the end of each shift
- Work with pre-planned routes and real-time dispatch adjustments based on freight volume, traffic, and customer needs
- Maintain safe backing skills, customer communication, and HOS compliance while navigating Tampa roads and bridges
