- Operate 2019-2023 Volvo VNLs and Freightliner Cascadias pulling 53' reefers on regional temperature-controlled routes primarily within Florida and to GA, AL, SC, and NC.
- Manage reefer units including temperature setpoints, continuous monitoring, and maintaining strict cold chain compliance for fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, and medical supplies.
- Perform drop-and-hook at distribution centers with occasional live loads/unloads at retail or processing facilities.
- Handle multi-stop routes with appointment windows, pre-trip temperature checks, and accurate temperature logs.
- Navigate major corridors including Florida Turnpike, I-4, I-75, and I-95 while managing Southeast metro traffic and seasonal produce volume.
- Communicate with dispatch via tablet/phone and maintain HOS compliance during 1-4 day runs with weekly home time in the Orlando area.
