📋 Job Description

  • Perform local LTL pickup and delivery operations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and surrounding communities
  • Handle multi-stop routes with 8–18 stops per day including commercial, industrial, and retail accounts
  • Complete pre-trip inspections, proper load securement, and accurate paperwork including bills of lading
  • Manage live loads and live unloads, utilizing pallet jacks and hand carts where required
  • Navigate DFW traffic corridors including I-35, I-820, and major distribution centers while maintaining HOS compliance
  • Provide professional customer service and communication at delivery points with dock appointments

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required

Experience

1+ year verifiable OTR or local experience (recent grads from approved programs considered with strong references)

Age

Minimum 21 years old

MVR

Clean or acceptable MVR (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years; no preventable accidents in last 12 months)

Physical

Able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and handle physical work at some stops
