Operating Area: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and occasional Indiana or Ohio deliveries depending on customer demand.
Dispatch regularly adjusts reload locations based on available backhaul freight. Drivers may finish a week on different freight lanes than originally dispatched depending on customer demand and available refrigerated loads.

Typical dispatch windows begin between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, although overnight pickups occur depending on customer production schedules. Most drivers start from the Minneapolis terminal after completing equipment inspections and reviewing dispatch notes.
Drivers monitor trailer temperatures throughout loading and unloading. Dispatch communicates through Qualcomm or Samsara messaging, phone, and after-hours support.
Dispatch usually begins building the week's load schedule the previous afternoon. Drivers often receive the first assignment before beginning the workday, although reload information may change depending on customer freight availability.
