Shifts begin at the Milwaukee-area terminal or beverage warehouse between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Drivers complete pre-trip inspections, review route paperwork and delivery sequence, then locate and verify the assigned pre-built trailer load.
Routes consist of 8–15 stops across the day. Drivers position equipment safely at each location, coordinate with receiving staff, handle products using pallet jacks or hand trucks, confirm counts, and obtain signatures before proceeding. Dispatch provides updates for priority changes, traffic, or customer delays throughout the shift.
Final returns of empty kegs or pallets occur as needed before the driver completes post-trip inspection and paperwork at the terminal. Most days end at the same location where the shift started.
