Job Description
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for local deliveries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Load and unload freight as needed, following company safety procedures
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route status, delays, or operational issues
- Focus on safe and timely deliveries while occasionally handling touch freight
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL‑A license in good standing
Experience
Experience operating tractor-trailers preferred but not required
