Job Description

  • Operate tractor-trailers safely on multi-state USPS dedicated routes
  • Pick up loaded trailers, transport between terminals, and drop off completed trailers
  • Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer
  • Maintain accurate logs and shipping documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Coordinate with terminal staff for efficient trailer exchanges
  • Adhere to USPS security policies and protocols for freight handling

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL‑A license required for long-haul operations

Experience

Minimum OTR experience with long-haul freight operations

Age Requirement

Must meet federal and state minimum age requirements for CDL-A drivers

MVR & Risk
