- Complete 1–3 deliveries per shift while performing mandatory reefer temperature checks and ELD compliance updates.
- Execute drop-and-hook operations at major hubs and live unloads at smaller facilities across MN–WI–IA–IL lanes.
- Coordinate with centralized dispatch for backhaul optimization to minimize empty miles on return legs.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections, seal verification, and landing gear checks on 2–5 year old Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia units.
- Average 2,000–2,800 miles weekly during normal freight cycles with seasonal peaks in dairy and holiday periods.
