💼 Career Opportunities

Newark, New Jersey serves as a major logistics gateway for the entire Northeast and Mid-Atlantic corridor. Drivers starting in this Regional Flatbed role gain valuable experience with diverse freight types and tight urban delivery windows common in the NYC metro and surrounding infrastructure projects. Many of our flatbed drivers advance internally within 12–18 months. Typical progression includes moving into dedicated flatbed accounts, training new drivers as Fleet Trainers, or stepping into Yard Supervisor roles at our Newark hub.

From here, drivers can transition into Local DC positions with home daily schedules or expand into OTR flatbed for higher earning potential. The company maintains a strong internal promotion culture — many current Dispatchers and Transportation Coordinators began as regional flatbed drivers. With consistent freight volume from steel mills, lumber yards, and major construction projects along the I-95 and I-78 corridors, this role offers excellent long-term stability and skill development in load securement and regional operations. Safety-focused drivers often qualify for additional bonuses and recognition programs that support career growth into specialized freight or leadership positions.

This position offers experienced CDL-A drivers the opportunity to haul steel coils, lumber, and construction materials across key Northeast and Mid-Atlantic lanes.
