Job Description

  • Safely operate tractor-trailers on assigned regional routes.
  • Transport dry van freight efficiently, including pick-up and drop-off locations, with occasional backhauls.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain equipment safety.
  • Maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs and ELD records.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status, route changes, or issues.
  • Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations.

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL Class A license required

Experience

Regional freight experience preferred but not required

Age Requirement

Must meet minimum age requirements to hold CDL Class A

MVR & Risk

Safety-focused driving record adhering to DOT regulations

Physical Ability

Able to operate tractor-trailers on high-mileage routes
