- Sunday evening or Monday morning start with load details before reporting to the terminal.
- Complete tractor and reefer inspection, then leave Elizabeth for the first 150–300-mile delivery.
- Work 1–4 stops per trip with a mix of drop-and-hook, live-load and live-unload appointments depending on customer and lane.
- Accept a reload while still at the receiver whenever the next freight is ready.
- Work back toward Elizabeth by Friday so weekend home time stays intact under HOS limits.
- Track appointments, traffic and remaining 11/14-hour clocks; dispatch resequences when delays appear.
