Job Description
- Operate tractor-trailers with refrigerated units on regional routes.
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature control to ensure product quality.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and reefer equipment.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and comply with DOT and safety regulations.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delivery status, or issues.
- Ensure freight is properly secured and transported according to company standards.
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL Class A license required
Experience
2+ years of refrigerated freight experience preferred
Age Requirement
Minimum age 21 years
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record, compliant with DOT regulations
Physical Ability
Ability to load/unload freight and perform pre-trip inspections
