Job Description
- Complete paid CDL-A trainee program under mentor supervision
- Learn OTR route planning, freight handling, and DOT compliance
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip safety inspections
- Transition to solo driving with weekly route assignments and mileage targets
- Maintain ELD logs and accurate delivery documentation
- Follow company safety standards and communication protocols
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license (new graduates welcome)
Experience
Motivated to learn OTR driving; prior experience a plus

Minimum 21 years old

Clean driving record and safety-focused mindset
