Job Description

  • Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on regional routes
  • Deliver freight to distribution centers, retail stores, and commercial locations
  • Follow night and day shift schedules to meet time-sensitive deliveries
  • Maintain accurate mileage logs and ELD records
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
  • Adhere to DOT safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Manage loading/unloading procedures safely when required

Requirements

CDL Class A

CDL-A license with valid DOT medical card

Experience

Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience

Age Requirement

Must meet minimum age requirements per DOT regulations

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record; adherence to DOT safety regulations

Physical Ability

Capable of loading/unloading freight as needed

Communication

Strong organizational and communication skills
