Job Description

  • Safely operate Class A tractors hauling dry van freight across long-haul national routes.
  • Deliver freight on schedule while following DOT regulations and company safety policies.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle and cargo safety.
  • Track mileage, loads, and performance metrics for accurate pay.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or delivery issues.
  • Follow company procedures for cargo securement and safe handling.

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL‑A license with a clean driving record

Experience

Experience with OTR dry van hauling preferred

Age Requirement

Minimum age 21 years

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record, safety-conscious

Physical Ability

Able to perform inspections and handle cargo as needed
