Job Description
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely across long-distance routes
- Transport dry van or reefer freight while adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation
- Ensure freight is properly secured and delivered on time
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, carriers, and receiving locations
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license required
Experience
Minimum 6 months OTR driving experience preferred
Age Requirement
Must meet minimum age requirements for interstate trucking
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record; ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Physical Ability
Fit for long-haul driving and loading/unloading tasks
