🔗 CDL-A Grocery Distribution Driver – Los Angeles, California (Local)
Southern California’s grocery supply chain depends on reliable local CDL-A drivers who understand the rhythm of overnight and early morning deliveries across one of the nation’s busiest metropolitan regions. This home-daily grocery distribution position out of the City of Industry keeps drivers moving between major distribution facilities and supermarkets in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, and the Inland Empire. Operating modern Peterbilt day cabs pulling refrigerated trailers, drivers handle a mix of dairy, frozen foods, produce, and dry grocery on routes designed to reach stores before morning customer traffic builds on the 10, 5, 405, and 605 freeways. With hourly pay starting at $36.75 plus additional stop pay and overtime, typical weekly earnings range from $1,680 to $2,020 for consistent local work. The schedule offers predictable home time each night while still providing the stability that experienced drivers look for in foodservice logistics. Refrigerated freight experience is helpful but not required, and the operation includes strong safety incentives and modern safety technology in the equipment. For CDL-A drivers already living in the Greater Los Angeles area who prefer staying close to home rather than long-haul runs, this role provides steady work in an essential industry with clear daily routes and professional supermarket receiving teams.
