💼 Career Opportunities

Freight demand in the Savannah metro distribution network remains steady due to constant retail replenishment cycles and industrial supply flow through port-adjacent corridors. Drivers in this segment typically move between local pickup routes and structured delivery zones tied to warehouse clusters. Internal progression usually starts with multi-stop P&D routes, then transitions into dedicated accounts or trainer assignments once consistency and safety metrics stabilize. Some drivers shift into yard coordination roles or short regional lanes feeding intermodal hubs. Dispatch teams prioritize reliability and scan accuracy, which directly influences access to higher-density routes and more predictable freight blocks over time.
