Job Description
- Operate tractor-trailers safely as part of a two-person team on long-haul routes.
- Share driving duties with a partner to maximize load miles and maintain consistent transit.
- Plan and execute efficient routes to meet on-time delivery requirements.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and ELD records for both drivers.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies; communicate effectively with partner, dispatch, and receiving locations.
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL Class A license required
Experience
Experience in long-haul or team driving preferred
Age Requirement
21 years or older
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record; safety-focused mindset
Physical Ability
Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and handle long hours
