Job Description
- Operate tractor-trailers safely as part of a two-person team on multi-state routes.
- Share driving duties with a partner to maintain continuous transit and meet delivery schedules.
- Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time and meet on-time delivery goals.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team partner, dispatch, and receiving locations.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and team driving protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and ELD records for both drivers.
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL Class A license required.
Experience
Willingness and ability to participate in team driving; multi-state driving preferred.
Age Requirement
Minimum age 21 years.
MVR & Risk
Strong safety mindset with a clean driving record.
Physical Ability
Capable of operating a commercial tractor-trailer safely.
Communication
