Job Description
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers for short-haul deliveries within the Phoenix area and nearby regions.
- Handle drop-and-hook operations to minimize manual freight handling.
- Perform occasional live unloads when required.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and DOT-compliant records.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, schedule updates, and any issues.
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL Class A license required
Experience
0–6 months solo driving experience acceptable, ideal for entry-level drivers
Age Requirement
