Job Description
- Independently operate a tractor-trailer, managing routes and deliveries according to contract agreements.
- Schedule dispatch and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries efficiently.
- Handle all freight-related documentation, including compliance, shipping, and customs forms.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and expenses for contract and tax purposes.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Communicate professionally with shippers, brokers, and dispatch as needed.
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL Class A license required.
Experience
Prior owner-operator or independent driving experience preferred.
Age Requirement
Minimum age 21 years.
MVR & Risk
