Job Description
- Operate tractor-trailers and vacuum pneumatic bulk commodity trailers safely and efficiently
- Transport food-grade products from railcars, warehouses, or distribution centers to storage silos or processing facilities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Perform proper loading and unloading procedures to protect cargo integrity
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, ELD records, and required documentation according to DOT standards
- Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations while communicating effectively with dispatch and facility personnel
