- Perform pre-trip inspections of tractor and refrigerated trailer, verifying reefer temperature and setpoint before departure.
- Transport refrigerated and frozen grocery products including dairy, produce, beverages, and packaged foods while maintaining cold chain integrity.
- Complete multiple daily store deliveries to supermarkets, neighborhood grocery stores, and distribution facilities using liftgates or docks.
- Handle pallet exchanges, occasional electric pallet jack use, and accurate delivery documentation with store receivers.
- Record reefer temperatures, manage product temperature throughout routes, and return empty pallets or rejected product as required.
- Navigate Denver metro and Front Range corridors including I-25, I-70, E-470, US-36, and C-470 while managing urban traffic and dock appointments.
