Job Description

  • Safely operate tanker trucks to deliver propane and other flammable liquids
  • Load and unload propane at customer sites following proper procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all HazMat, tanker loading, and FMCSA safety regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and operational compliance
  • Accurately complete logs, paperwork, and electronic tracking for deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations regarding route status, issues, or delays

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required with HazMat and Tanker endorsements

Experience

Prior experience operating tanker trucks and transporting hazardous materials preferred

Age Requirement

Minimum 21 years old

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings

Physical Ability

Ability to operate tanker vehicles safely under all conditions

Communication

Strong communication skills for interaction with dispatch, operations, and customers
