Position Overview

This is a working roll-off position built around Cleveland's construction, demolition, commercial cleanout and industrial container demand. The driver is responsible for the complete container move from pickup or placement through final disposal or transfer.

  • Deliver empty 20-, 30- or 40-yard containers to active job sites.
  • Pick up loaded containers containing permitted construction and demolition debris.
  • Operate the hydraulic cable/hoist system and verify container alignment before moving.
  • Run loaded containers to assigned transfer, disposal or recycling facilities.
  • Inspect hooks, cables, hydraulic hoses, tires and container securement throughout the shift.
  • Work directly with dispatch when customers are not ready or containers cannot be safely placed.
  • Complete ELD, DVIR and load documentation before returning to the yard.

Pay & Compensation Breakdown
