CDL-A Local Cold Storage Driver – Los Angeles, CA Refrigerated Freight Network

• Daily temperature-controlled movements supporting Southern California food supply chain between refrigerated warehouses, cold storage facilities, cross-dock terminals, and regional distribution centers.
• Operate within a 25-120 mile radius primarily covering Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire, and portions of Ventura County.
• Handle palletized frozen foods, chilled dairy products, packaged meat, beverages, prepared foods, and other temperature-sensitive items requiring continuous cold chain management.
• Perform pre-trip inspections including reefer fuel level, temperature verification, tire condition, door seals, and trailer cleanliness.
• Complete electronic logs, bills of lading, proof-of-delivery, and required temperature records while coordinating with dispatch throughout the shift.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months or more CDL-A experience preferred; refrigerated or local distribution experience beneficial
• Recent CDL graduates may be considered after company evaluation, orientation, and route training
• Acceptable MVR and stable employment history
• Current DOT Medical Certificate, pass DOT drug screening, Clearinghouse query, and background review
• Comfortable operating day cab tractors in dense metropolitan traffic and handling refrigerated documentation
