Day Cab Tractors for Warehouse Transfers

The fleet consists of Freightliner Cascadia Day Cab, Kenworth T680 Day Cab, and Volvo VNL Day Cab tractors (2020–2025 models) with automatic transmissions and Samsara ELD systems. 53-foot dry van trailers support palletized movements. Drivers complete pre-trip inspections, trailer exchanges, and yard coordination throughout the shift.

Equipment assignments vary based on maintenance and route needs. The operation involves multiple trailer movements between facilities with drop-and-hook and occasional live interactions.

Daily Returns & Operating Schedule

Drivers return to the Kansas City terminal or approved parking each night. Typical Monday–Friday schedule with early morning starts between 3:30 AM–6:00 AM to match warehouse receiving windows. Occasional weekend support occurs during high-volume periods. Weekly hours average 45–50.

Hourly Compensation & Support

Qualifications & Onboarding
