Routes are planned around customer delivery windows with information provided before departure from the Little Rock terminal or beverage warehouse. Drivers review customer sequences, addresses, expected windows, product requirements, and special instructions prior to loading.
The core of the week consists of 8–15 commercial deliveries per day involving check-ins with receiving personnel, paperwork verification, product count confirmation, and coordination of live unloading or pallet movement. Dispatch makes adjustments for delays, urgent orders, or hours-of-service limits.
Shifts conclude with return to the terminal, post-trip inspection, equipment reporting, and documentation completion. Most drivers finish the same day with equipment parked at company facilities for the next shift.
