📋 Job Description

  • Pickup/drop container assignments as directed by rail dispatch wave timing at Union Pacific ramp staging lanes.
  • Perform DOT inspections before entering rail yard gates under dispatcher gate-clearance instruction constraints.
  • Maintain ELD logs synchronized with rail release windows and intermittent hold status notifications.
  • Secure chassis/container locks per yard compliance protocol before release to customs or staging transfer points.
  • Execute drop & hook container swaps between rail ramp and inland staging yard under time-slot dispatch control.
  • Handle compliance documentation during customs inspection holds and gate verification cycles.
