💼 Career Opportunities

Drivers in this foodservice delivery role often transition into higher-volume regional food distribution lanes, warehouse supervisory roles, or dedicated account routes serving large hospitality groups across the Southeast. Over time, experienced drivers can move into trainer positions where they onboard new CDL-A foodservice drivers entering Charlotte’s expanding restaurant supply chain. Some progress into dispatch coordination, managing stop sequencing and route optimization for high-density metro deliveries. As Charlotte’s hospitality sector continues expanding, opportunities grow into specialized refrigerated freight handling, multi-temperature logistics, and account-specific dedicated routes serving hotel chains, school systems, and institutional kitchens.
