💼 Career Opportunities
Drivers entering this Fresno-based foodservice operation step into a structured local freight network built around restaurant, institutional, and retail distribution across the Central Valley. Entry drivers typically begin on standard multi-stop routes before moving into higher-density accounts with increased stop pay potential. As familiarity with customer delivery windows improves, drivers may qualify for preferred routes with more stable stop sequences and reduced wait variability. Over time, experienced drivers can transition into trainer positions, supporting new CDL-A hires during onboarding and route familiarization. Additional advancement paths include safety compliance roles, yard coordination support, and dedicated account assignments tied to high-volume institutional customers such as school districts and regional hospitality groups.
