💼 Career Opportunities

This CDL-A position in San Bernardino places drivers inside one of the most active freight ecosystems in the country. Drivers who start on local dry van accounts often gain experience handling high-volume distribution operations, tight scheduling, and complex dispatch coordination tied to port freight. Over time, this experience can lead to dedicated retail accounts with more predictable lanes or higher-paying regional routes covering Arizona, Nevada, and Northern California. Some drivers transition into yard hostler roles within major distribution centers, while others move into trainer positions helping onboard new hires into Inland Empire operations. Opportunities also exist to move into intermodal or port drayage work for those interested in short-haul container freight. Advancement depends on consistency, safety record, and ability to manage demanding traffic conditions. While growth is realistic, movement into premium accounts may take time due to the competitive nature of Southern California freight markets.
