🔗 CDL-A Dedicated Retail Distribution Driver – Tampa, FL

Tampa’s retail distribution network continues to expand as Lakeland and Plant City serve as core logistics hubs feeding Florida’s high-growth consumer markets. This dedicated CDL-A role supports structured replenishment routes delivering palletized freight from regional DCs into store networks across Central and North Florida. Drivers operate within predictable loop-based dispatch cycles, though seasonal spikes during tourism peaks and holiday inventory surges can increase stop counts and loading time variability. Expect occasional delays at congested retail docks and time-sensitive appointment windows that require consistent scheduling discipline. This position offers steady freight demand, modern fleet equipment, and structured home time while maintaining realistic variability in weekly earnings driven by miles, detention time, and seasonal retail flow.
