📋 Job Description

  • Transport high-value automotive assemblies on 1–4 daily drop-and-hook deliveries across 350–650 mile regional legs while completing Samsara ELD logs.
  • Execute live unloads at manufacturing plants and distribution centers with strict time-window coordination and seal verification protocols.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections on Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo VNL tractors plus securement checks on 53’ dry van trailers in manufacturing yards.
  • Handle backhaul return freight including packaging materials and return cores on Twin Cities to Chicago supply corridors.
  • Coordinate with dispatch for geofence arrivals and YMS updates during 10–14 hour shifts supporting just-in-time production lines.
  • Complete post-trip documentation and equipment positioning at Saint Paul terminal following each weekly cycle.
