💼 Career Opportunities

This airport drayage operation runs on continuous freight movement between MSP cargo terminals and regional distribution networks. Volume is driven by airline schedules, retail replenishment cycles, and time-sensitive medical freight lanes. Drivers entering this system typically stay within local airport corridors but can progress into dedicated regional accounts, trainer roles for new airport-qualified drivers, or compliance-focused positions managing TSA freight handling procedures. Fleet operations prioritize punctuality and secure cargo transfer discipline, which builds long-term reliability for drivers who want stable, predictable local freight flow. As experience grows, drivers often transition into higher-frequency dispatch lanes or specialized freight segments tied to aviation logistics support.

🔗 CDL-A Airport Cargo & Air Freight Drayage Driver – MSP Airport Area, MN

MSP airport freight movement is structured around strict airline cutoffs, gate appointments, and synchronized warehouse staging. Drivers operate short shuttle cycles between cargo ramps, freight forwarders, and metro DCs, typically covering 120–220 miles per shift depending on dispatch density. Workload intensity increases during peak flight banks, creating compressed pickup windows and occasional yard staging delays.
