- Safely operate tractor-trailers over long-haul OTR routes delivering freight across multiple states
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain DOT and company safety compliance
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, route updates, and freight issues
- Adhere strictly to federal and state safety regulations, including HOS compliance
- Maximize earnings through base pay, bonuses, and accessory pays such as detention, layover, and stop-off incentives
