📋 Job Description

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer with refrigerated trailer (reefer)
  • Transport temperature-controlled freight safely and on schedule
  • Monitor trailer temperature control systems during transport
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and reefer equipment
  • Maintain ELD logs and DOT compliance
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and route updates

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required

Experience

Preferred but not required; previous reefer or regional driving experience a plus

Age

Minimum 21 years old

MVR

Clean driving record, no major violations

Physical

Ability to handle temperature-sensitive loads and perform truck inspections
