📋 Job Description

  • Move bulk liquid chemicals between refineries, terminals, and industrial plants across the Houston Ship Channel
  • Coordinate safe loading and unloading using vapor recovery systems and pressure-controlled tanker equipment
  • Inspect valves, seals, and compartments before and after every haul to ensure DOT compliance
  • Operate in high-security refinery environments with strict entry and safety protocols
  • Communicate with dispatch and plant supervisors during live loading/unloading operations
  • Handle delays caused by refinery queues, weather interruptions, and terminal scheduling windows

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required

Experience

1+ year tanker or industrial driving preferred

Age

Minimum 21 years old

MVR

Clean driving record preferred, safety-focused history

Physical

Ability to connect hoses, manage valves, and perform inspections

Endorsements

Tanker + HazMat required
