💼 Career Opportunities

This CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver position in Fort Worth, TX is built around one of the strongest cold chain logistics networks in the Southern Plains. Drivers operate through the AllianceTexas corridor and the wider Dallas–Fort Worth freight ecosystem, where grocery and refrigerated freight demand remains constant year-round. While this role starts with regional 2–4 day cycles, many drivers transition into dedicated accounts supporting major grocery chains, food distributors, and retail warehouse networks across Texas and neighboring states. Some move into trainer roles after demonstrating consistent on-time performance and safe handling of temperature-sensitive freight. Others shift into more stable dedicated lanes out of the same Fort Worth terminals. Career progression is not automatic, but consistent performance in cold chain compliance and dispatch communication significantly increases access to higher-paying freight lanes and priority routes within the network.

This regional reefer role offers structured 2–4 day cycles, predictable home time, and stable freight demand tied to year-round consumer grocery consumption.
