💼 Career Opportunities

This CDL-A dedicated retail role in Kansas City is designed for drivers who want long-term structure instead of unpredictable freight swings. Over time, drivers can move into higher-paying dedicated accounts such as refrigerated grocery contracts, high-priority retail lanes, or regional shuttle operations between major Midwest distribution centers. Consistent performance on fixed Walmart and grocery routes often leads to selection for premium lanes with higher stop density and improved weekly earnings. Drivers also have opportunities to transition into trainer positions for new hires entering the dedicated network or shift into specialized freight like cold-chain or hazmat retail distribution. The predictable nature of this operation makes it a strong foundation for building a stable trucking career without sacrificing home time or weekly income consistency.
