Pay & Compensation
- Pay per mile: $0.51 – $0.55 depending on experience
- Performance bonus: $0.05 per mile after 10,000 miles/month
- Stop pay: $30 per stop
- Detention pay: $25/hour after first 2 hours

Job Description
- Operate a commercial tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Deliver freight to assigned locations on time
- Handle stop-offs, pick-ups, and drops professionally
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license required
Experience
Recent over-the-road tractor-trailer experience; training may be available
Age Requirement
23+ years of age
MVR & Risk
Clean motor vehicle record; no DUI/DWI in last 5 years; no felonies in last 5 years
Physical Ability
Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical
Communication
Good communication skills and teamwork
Equipment & Fleet
- Tractor must be 5 years old or newer at or under 500,000 miles (Owner Operator)
- Full inspection required at KJ shop; higher mileage trucks require upgrade plan
- Well-maintained, modern trucks and trailers for all routes
Home Time
- Return home daily for local routes; weekly for regional/OTR
- Flexible stops depending on route
