- Weekly pay: $1,300 per week (5.5 days out)
- Per diem: $0.09 with zero admin fees
- Paid Holidays: $150 per day for 7 holidays
- Accessorial Pay: $150 Breakdown, $20/hr Detention, Up to $150 Layover, Bonus for Clean DOT Inspection
- Additional monthly incentives on top of base pay

Job Description
- Drive safely and professionally in a CDL-A company truck
- Deliver freight according to schedule and route instructions
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Operate equipment in a safe, compliant manner
- Represent Ascend positively to customers and the public
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A required
Experience
At least 6 months over-the-road experience
Age Requirement
At least 21 years of age
MVR & Risk
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
Physical Ability
Must be able to perform repetitive bending and reaching throughout each shift; meet DOT medical requirements
Communication
Effective communication skills with dispatch and team members
