💼 Career Opportunities

This Lakeland-based CDL-A retail delivery position is structured for drivers who want consistency without sacrificing long-term career mobility. While the core responsibility focuses on predictable multi-stop retail distribution across the Tampa–Orlando corridor, drivers often transition into more specialized freight lanes over time, including dedicated grocery networks, regional beverage distribution, and refrigerated retail logistics. With steady volume across the I-4 freight spine, experienced drivers can move into trainer roles, dispatch coordination, or higher-paying dedicated accounts tied to major retail chains. Some drivers also shift into regional lanes covering Georgia–Florida freight cycles or upgrade into tanker and intermodal divisions. The operation rewards reliability, on-time delivery consistency, and familiarity with high-frequency store environments.
