📋 Job Description

  • Operate long-haul refrigerated routes across multi-state corridors while maintaining strict temperature compliance for sensitive cargo
  • Handle mostly no-touch freight, but coordinate live unloads at busy distribution centers during peak shipping windows
  • Navigate major freight arteries including I-40, I-55, and I-85 while optimizing fuel stops and rest cycles
  • Monitor reefer unit performance during extended runs, especially on hot southern lanes and long Midwest stretches
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, weather disruptions, and appointment changes at retail and warehouse hubs
  • Complete electronic logs and maintain delivery accuracy across high-mileage weekly schedules

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required
