📋 Job Description

  • Pick up temperature-sensitive produce from farms and aggregation points across central Kentucky and verify trailer pre-cooling before departure
  • Operate regional reefer routes feeding grocery distribution centers across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio corridors
  • Monitor trailer temperature continuously during transit to maintain strict cold-chain compliance for fresh agricultural freight
  • Handle both drop & hook and occasional live unload operations at high-volume retail DCs during peak harvest cycles
  • Navigate interstate freight lanes including I-75, I-64, and I-65 with variable seasonal traffic flow
  • Coordinate with dispatch on seasonal surge loads during spring and fall harvest peaks with flexible turnaround schedules
