💼 Career Opportunities

This CDL-A reefer position in Eugene is built around steady agricultural freight movement across the West Coast cold-chain network. Drivers entering this role are not locked into static lanes; instead, they gain exposure to multiple freight environments including farm pickups, retail distribution, and warehouse supply chains. Over time, experienced drivers may transition into dedicated regional accounts, higher-mileage West Coast OTR rotations, or specialized refrigerated freight assignments supporting seasonal harvest peaks. Some drivers move into trainer roles, helping onboard new CDL-A operators into temperature-controlled logistics procedures. The freight volume in Oregon remains stable year-round, meaning drivers can build consistent weekly miles while still maintaining structured home time. This creates a realistic path for long-term career growth in trucking, especially for those who want to move from general reefer work into higher-paying, specialized or dedicated freight lanes.
