Job Description
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with tanker attachments
- Transport hazardous materials while maintaining proper handling and documentation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including tanker and safety equipment checks
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and HazMat shipping records
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route progress or issues
- Adhere to all company, DOT, and HazMat safety policies and respond appropriately to emergencies
