Job Description

Safely operate tractor-trailers and other heavy vehicles to transport earth moving and construction equipment
Deliver and pick up tools, machinery, and specialty equipment to/from customer job sites
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment safety
Follow all company and DOT safety policies and procedures for transporting heavy loads
Maintain accurate delivery and load documentation, including electronic logs (ELD) as required
Participate in on-the-job training to learn specialty equipment handling techniques

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license in good standing

Experience

Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers with heavy or specialty equipment; on-the-job training provided

Age Requirement

Minimum age 21 years

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record; must pass background and drug screenings

Physical Ability

Capable of handling heavy equipment and machinery safely
